🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams in all phases of operations, ensuring precision and efficiency in the OR.
• Prepare and maintain sterile environments, ensuring strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and provide critical support before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment, ensuring readiness and proper functionality.
• Educate patients and their families on pre- and post-operative care to enhance recovery and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

🎯 Candidate Profile:
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BScN) is required. A specialization in perioperative nursing or certification (e.g., CNOR) is a strong advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an OR nursing role, with expertise in general and specialized surgeries.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work under high-pressure situations. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Licensing: Must hold a valid nursing license and be eligible for practice in Egypt.
• Technology: Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and OR management systems.
